Job Description
•Ensure plant compliance with standard operating procedure, standard parameters, hygiene and sanitation
•Approves materials to be used in production, confirms specification in process production by conducting inspection and tests
•Ensure that quality manual/procedures and troubleshooting guidelines are prepared, updated and available
•Ensure that materials are of good quality
•Assist to reduce quality problems on the line especially those affecting quality through process improvements
•Ensure timely response to quality issues
Qualifications
•Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
•At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Required Skill(s): quality assurance, food technology, food services
•Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
