Job Description
 Ensure plant compliance with standard operating procedure, standard parameters, hygiene and sanitation
 Approves materials to be used in production, confirms specification in process production by conducting inspection and tests
 Ensure that quality manual/procedures and troubleshooting guidelines are prepared, updated and available
 Ensure that materials are of good quality
 Assist to reduce quality problems on the line especially those affecting quality through process improvements
 Ensure timely response to quality issues
Qualifications
 Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
 At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 Required Skill(s): quality assurance, food technology, food services
 Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
