Job Purpose:
Responsible for cGMP and sanitation of line prior production. Responsible for the provision of needed QA services like testing and inspection. Have the authority to accept or reject products as necessary.
Job Description:
- Conducts GMP audit inside production to ensure the proper and consistent implementation of the sanitation and food safety programs.
- Helps enforce cleanliness and sanitation in the plant and in the area of responsibilities.
- Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing. Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOP's for the inspection function.
- Checking the quality and the appearance of the product
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Food Science, Fisheries or Biology.
- With at least one (1) year of relevant experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in seafood manufacturing operations; basic Sensory evaluation, computer operations, GMP, HACCP, FSMS
