DUTIES:
1. Ensures compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements
2. Creates and develops Quality Plan (implements sup)
3. Establishes Quality Policies
4. Ensures that all quality and food safety issues are addressed on time
5. Ensures no incidents of valid internal and external complaints are reported
6. Develops projects related to quality improvement
People Management
7. Sets and evaluates the performance targets of subordinates
8. Addresses employee grievances and build positive working environment for the section
9. Implements necessary developmental intervention for subordinates
10. Performs role in hiring and promoting subordinates
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
