Quality Assurance Head in Guyong Sta Maria Bulacan 20k
 
-Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree preferably Engineering
-Minimum five (5) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry 
-Shows exemplary leadership, written, and verbal skills is being required
Duties and Responsibilities
-Responsible in assuring that the plant is at par in performing and implementing process and quality compliance with minimal cost in accordance to the customer requirement and management direction. Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management 
-Review quality control reports and recommends necessary improvements or corrective actions to the Operations Manager
-Supervises and monitors QA Leadman / Leadlady, QA Inspectors, QA Final Inspectors, and Process Engineer performance.
-Validates and confirms standards for quality evaluation
-Review and validate the process flow of department to strengthen the quality objectives.
-Participates company activities and supports Vision and Mission of the company
