-Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree preferably Engineering  
-Minimum five (5) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry  
-Shows exemplary leadership, written, and verbal skills is being required  
   
Duties and Responsibilities  
-Responsible in assuring that the plant is at par in performing and implementing process and quality compliance with minimal cost in accordance to the customer requirement and management direction. 
-Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management  
-Review quality control reports and recommends necessary improvements or corrective actions to the Operations Manager  
-Supervises and monitors QA Leadman / Leadlady, QA Inspectors, QA Final Inspectors, and Process Engineer performance.  
-Validates and confirms standards for quality evaluation  
-Review and validate the process flow of department to strengthen the quality objectives.  
-Participates company activities and supports Vision and Mission of the company
