Job Summary:
You will be responsible on requisition and/ or preparation of regulatory permits or documents such as COMI from NMIS (Certificate of Meat Inspection), Shipping Permit from BAI (Bureau of Animal Industry), Veterinary Clearance, and etc.
Responsibilities: * Perform routine clerical duties such as requisition and preparation of COMI & Shipping Permit at different Warehouses.
Ensure accuracy of details being indicated on the document/s.
Track and update Regulatory Permit/ Document files.
Monitor NMIS Vehicle Registration
Perform other task as assigned from time to time.
Requirements: * College graduate of any course
With at least one year of work experience
Work experience in FMCG, logistics or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Office.
Organized with high attention to detail.
Able to deal with customers professionally.
