We are in need of a:
 
QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE (CALL EVALUATOR)
 
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing QA policies and procedures.
Ensures proper implementation of Quality Assurance standards.
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
Investigate on customer complaints and other non-conformance issues.
Identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Develop and recommend corrective and preventive actions for pressing quality issues.
Aid in identify training needs and interventions for departments in order to meet quality standards.
Assist in the conduct of regular quality audits.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in the same capacity.
Proficient in the use of various Microsoft applications like EXCEL and WORD.
Strong understanding of Quality Assurance concepts and methodologies.
Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills.
Proficient in both oral and written communication.
