Immediate Superior: QCC Manager
Area of Assignment: QCC Department
Qualifications:
Proactive, Flexible, trainable and good decision making
Quality and Food Safety practitioner
Bachelor's degree on Chemistry / Microbiology / Food related course;
With experience, familiar with food safety and quality management system standards (GMP, HALAL, HACCP, BRC etc.)
At least 2 years' experience in the relevant position and industry.
Relevant Training and certification in Food manufacturing, QMS programs, or any related field
Willing to be relocated to Zamboanga City, Relocation Package is Offer
Skills:
Mastered in Root cause analysis, laboratory testing and regulatory requirements
Interpersonal and excellent in coaching and leadership
Advance in Data Analysis or Data Assessment
Lead and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure professional growth and success towards the team.
Continuous improvement, initiatives within the Quality Control department, optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding quality standards
Responsibilities:
Assist in the establishment and continual improvement of Quality Management System and / or ISO 9001
Oversee and execute quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and sampling of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Analyze and provide comprehensible quality control data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address any deviations or non-conformities.
Monitor and maintain the calibration, qualification of third-party testing to products and or equipment and ensure their accuracy and reliability.
Ensure that all released products/materials are within customer specification based on but not limited to artwork, Delivery Receipt, and Sales Order, or other required documents.
Records all customer claims and monitors claim status.
Initiates conduct of meeting with concerned sections if there are high rejections or quality issues encountered.
Develops and initiates improvement plans and actions concerning quality and customer satisfaction, confirms and verifies action results.
