Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Business for project requirement
gathering/specification and documentation
- Handle development kick off, development progress
tracking/monitoring and quality assurance testing
- Coordinate UAT, STG and Prod testing and deployment with
business
- Ensure quality of developer's output by thorough testing, regression
and logging defects for bug cases
- Assist developer on clarification/inquiry during development
- Ensure development timeline is on track and project delivery is on
time
Technical Requirements:
• Methodology Familiarity: SDLC, Agile, Waterfall
• Browsers Familiarity: Google Crome, IE, Microsoft edge,
FireFox
• BA Planning & Monitoring: Business Analysis Approach,
Stakeholder Engagement, Analysis Performance improvement
• Elicitation & Collaboration: Prepare and Conduct Elicitation,
Confirm Elicitation Results, Manage Stake Holder Collaboration
• Business and Technical Documentation
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree,
Information technology or equivalent.
• Must have at least 6 years of relevant experience in Banking or IT
industry
• Fluent Native Speaker of any nationality (Bahasa Indonesia/
Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin/ Indian/ Korean/ Taiwanese/
Cambodian/ Vietnamese/French, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
• Amenable in a SHIFTING SCHEDULE
• Temporary WORK FROM HOME SETUP (But amenable to work in
Makati City, once quarantine is lifted)
• Can start ASAP
