FPD is a food processing company primarily engaged in the manufacture of the globally renowned 7D brand of dried mangoes and other fruit products.
 
We are looking for a:
 
QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in developing policies, procedures and methods to evaluate and improve the quality and safety of products, materials, components and/or operations
Assists in conducting studies to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Participates in internal audits and inspections
Assists in the external food safety/quality audit preparations and defense
Assists in food research and development projects
As needed, works as a reliever Quality Assurance in the production line/s
Qualifications:
BS in Food Technology or graduate of any four (4) year course
With or without experience
Willing to do occasional fieldwork when needed
Good in data organization and record keeping
Good in verbal and written communication
Good interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and time management skills
Preferably familiar with MS Excel and other IT tools
Can easily adapt to an organizational culture with systems and procedures
Capable of working with less supervision and able to multitask
Has a mindset to learn and experience new things
Can work under pressure and can meet deadlines
Works well with others

Normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
