QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS-Chemistry, Food Technology or Chemical Engineering
Preferably with training certificates in GMP, Halal and HACCP
Patient, hardworking and can lead people
Previous work experience in a microbiology laboratory is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Responsible in daily operation of Sorting Department that includes manpower distribution, area sanitation and hygienic practices, etc.
Conducts analysis and inspection of raw materials and products
Reviews and interprets Certificate of Analysis
Monitors and reviews Food Safety Systems
Monitors and counterchecks laboratory operations and output.
