Ensures that the final data observes the quality standard
Responsible for the development and implementation of inspection of activities, the detection and resolution of the problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes
Reviewing data of deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
Contact regular coaching sessions with the agents and provide a detailed EOS report
Requirements
At least 6 months experience as QA in BPO Setting
Strong organizational and problem resolution skills
Ability to measure individual performance
