Description
1. Prepares Evaluator's guide and Quality monitoring aligned with the Quality standards in the Final version of Business Process Design Packages and ensures that these are signed-off with respective Process Owners
2. Performs effective Quality Monitoring by obtaining Audit Evidence based on the Evidence collection Plan in the Evaluator's Guides
3. Completes Daily/Weekly/Monthly Targets based on Sampling Plan in the Evaluator's Guide
4. Provides Coaching Feedback through Coaching Tips and Discussion to achieve Coaching Commitments
5. Ensures that Critical Callouts are done w/in 24 hours and Non-Critical Callouts w/in 48 Hours
6. Tracks and analyzes non-conformance trends and generates Overall Quality Performance trends (Weekly and Monthly Report ) including Top 5 Defects or Commonly Hit Parameters using Pareto Analysis
7. Perform Close-out Audits of Corrective Actions within prescribed timeline
8. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
