Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree in any course
Must have at least 2-3 years of related working experience in Quality Assurance and Business Process Improvement
Relevant experience in Telecommunication or BPO is an advantage
Must have an experience in Inter Department Coordination, Project Plan Creation, Project Management, Development and Execution
Excellent Documentation and Computer Skills
Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
Preferably local resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas
Job Description
Prepare and analyze reports and produce actionable items to improve Business Center's performance
Work on continuous process of evaluating and identifying key behaviors that drive sales and improve customer experience
Lead in the creation and execution of planned projects based on the business requirements within the constrains of time, scope and budget
Leads in coordination and cascade of projects to the Business Center
Assesses and maps the legal, technical, business process impact of all proposed initiatives for process improvement in order mitigate and risk brought about by the proposed changes
