Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree in any course
Must have at least 1-2 years of related working experience in Quality Assurance and Business Process Improvement
Relevant experience in Telecommunication or BPO is an advantage
Must have an experience in Inter Department Coordination, Project Plan Creation, Project Management, Development and Execution
Excellent Documentation and Computer Skills
Good in Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
Preferably local resident of Baguio City, Benguet or nearby areas

Job Description
Monitor/ Audit the Business Centers within the assigned region to measure performance and facilitate company's strategic objectives
Provides weekly/monthly report and evaluation update on the Business Centers audited
Contributes to the development of the short and long-term goals of the process
Leads internal coordination with internal departments to gather requirements in order to build a comprehensive need specification which will be used for process mapping, BIA preparation and Change Approval
Documents Business user requirements related to process improvement initiatives in order to ensure that requirements are agreed by all stakeholders
