Job Description:
The role implements RAFI's quality framework aligned with PQA and ISO standards; tracks KPIs and aligns performance with strategic goals for leadership reporting; optimizes processes through lean management to drive efficiency and innovation; ensures compliance with PCNC, ISO, and other standards while coordinating audits; conducts quality training to coach RAFInians and build team capability; and leads awards, certifications, and benchmarking initiatives to sustain organizational excellence.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in quality management, performance excellence, or organizational development, ideally in the non-profit or social development sector.
Required: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), Lean Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
Preferred: Philippine Quality Award Assessor, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) by ASQ.
