QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY OFFICER
 
Job Summary: The position exists to support the Company's Mission & Vision through:
 
Develops and ensures effective implementation of system for Quality Assurance, Laboratory Management and Food Safety Management and are working in accordance to globally accepted standards and specifications.
 
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's Degree holder in Microbiology and Food Technology or its equivalent.
Work Experience: At least 1 year experience in Quality Assurance in food manufacturing industry. Experience in Microbiological analysis and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is an advantage.
Training: HACCP or other Food Safety-related training
Preferably with Micro Laboratory background or equivalent knowledge.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
Knowledgeable in the different government processes and requirements
Knowledgeable in principles and practices in food safety system (HACCP), HALAL, KOSHER, ISO 9001
Knowledgeable on Quality tools (e.g., fishbone, pare to) and application.
