Job Description:
 
Use quality tools during construction to monitor process quality, perform regular spot checks, output daily/monthly quality reports, and ensure the implementation of quality penalties
During construction, give early warning and alarm to the major quality problems of the project in time, and the solution of the project quality/problems shall be followed up to control the common quality problems
Continuously analyze the quality performance and provide improvement suggestions and implementation in accordance with the customer, local laws and regulations, and ZTE's quality requirements
Communicate with the customer to confirm the project construction standards and acceptance process
Provide quality training for the subcontractor's personnel, evaluate the subcontractor's construction quality settlement, and communicate with the subcontractor on a regular basis
Follow the arrangement of the Chinese quality manager and complete the tasks arranged by the Chinese quality manager
Identifies hazard sources and evaluates risks of project operation activities, and formulates countermeasures
Carry out EHS training for the subcontractor's personnel to ensure that their EHS capabilities meet the requirements and carry out regular preventive maintenance on the site/site, and track the solution of the project EHS
Be directly responsible for the Chinese EHS manager, and report the EHS situation to executive project manager, EHS manager and the customer in a timely manner
Carry out regular preventive maintenance on the site/site, and track the solution of the project EHS.
Continuously analyze the EHS performance and provide improvement suggestions and implementation, according to customer, local laws and regulations and ZTE EHS

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree holder ( CE,ME,EE,ECE )
2. At least 1-2 years tower erection experience
3. Hold effective WAH certificate
4. Preferably with COSH ( Construction Safety and Health Training ) certificate
5. Knowledge on how to develop and implement health and safety plans and ongoing analysis
6. Preferably with working experience in a Telcommunications Company and quality management
7. With good communications, coordination, planning, organizing and management skills
8. Work Assignment: Visayas area
