Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Follows the proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedures in field work operations-QA:
a. Ensures proper washing of carcasses
b. Monitors proper diluting of lactic acid and water usage
c. Ensures proper application on final washing
d. Ensures accurate and correct placement of carcasses for blasting
e. Conducts proper maintenance of the MHR assigned in the respective cold storage
f. Provides QA and operational output reports
2. Monitors day to day harvest transactions after blast
3. Complies to the working schedule provided by the superior
4. Ensures and monitors the safekeeping of supplies in the cold storage
5. Follows the established Key Performance Indicators
6. Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
● College level, or vocational degree holder
● With at least one (1) year of related work experience
● Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
● Willing to conduct field work
● Ability to drive 2-wheel or 4-wheel vehicles
● High adaptability and problem-solving skills
● Ability to achieve set deadlines and targets
● Average communication and conversational skills
