MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The Quality Analyst will support the activities of WCM Quality Pillar in achieving zero defects. He/she has the overall responsibility of applying Quality and FI tools to attack priority losses identified in the QA Matrix and those defects encountered during daily works.
JOB SUMMARY
Will provide necessary technical support to attain WCM Quality target of zero defects
Acts as trainer on the use QC tools
Will work directly with Line Personnel, Engineering Personnel, and members of other WCM pillars in ensuring defects are eliminated
Conducts process validations in case of non-conformances and/or complaints
Initiates line fool-proofing activities
Assists in mobilization of quality related activities
Monitors and records Quality KPIs and KAIs
Conducts QA related activities during innovations trial (new product, new process, new equipment)
May be asked upon to do other QA tasks as the need arises (COA creation, line testing, etc)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of Chemical. Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
At least 1-year relevant experience in the same function and industry
Good technical understanding and analysis skills
Good knowledge of manufacturing process
Influencing skills
Experience in Supply Chain operations
Manufacturing and/or Engineering experience
Proven track record of analytical thinking and project management
Must be willing to work and be assigned in Gen Trias, Cavite
