Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for people and performance management within their teams
Oversee and establish the Training and Quality Team
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs
Present results to the Ops Team and make recommendations for remediation as required
Prepare training and quality reports when needed
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Call center, customer service, or supervisory experience is required.
Quality/Training experience is required.
Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
Analytical, efficient, and thorough.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
At least 1 year as supervisor or people manager
Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (Night Shift)
Amenable to work in IBM Naga site
Fixed Term Hire/Project Term Hire Employment Available (6-12 Months)
