QUALITY ANALYST
Job Description:
Perform Call/Chat/Email Monitoring to evaluate employees' behavior and customer experience performance and compliance with the company policies and quality standards.
Provided structured and valuable feedback and recommendations to address skills, knowledge gaps, and behavioral opportunities.
Participate in call calibration sessions/call listening sessions with Quality Leadership staff, Operations, Program Management, and clients to ensure scoring consistency and best practices
Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports to review with internal management and/or clients.
Maintains a strong program knowledge base; basic understanding of client products, services, and/or program strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent B2 English communication skills
Able to rest on weekdays
Willing to work onsite
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
