SUMMARY: Prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics. Provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
A. EDUCATION
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
Must possess a professional license/board exam passer.
B. EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
Two or more years of on job relevant experience;
Expert in cost estimating for various trades;
Knowledgeable in estimating and cost engineering with job site experience;
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and AutoCAD;
With excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills.
