QS MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
Degree of Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying Field.
Must have 4-6 years of experience as Project QS / Commercial Lead.
Have Extensive Knowledge in high rise towers, Data CEnter, Basebuild, Land Developments and Fit-Out Projects.
Knowledgeable in All Trades in Various Aspects.
Experience in Quantity Surveying Services Works.
Can able to communicate efficiently at All Levels.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Coordinates well with ALL the PM, Designer, Commercial Manager and other QS for all necessary works to be accomplish by the QS Team.
Leads the Project QS Team accordingly in all works required.
Strategize, Monitors and Scrutinized the Works of Project QS Team.
Able to do Commercial Necessary reports.
Prepares Cost Plan in Various Stages.
Represent the QS Team in absence of Commercial Manager.
Reports & Closely coordinates with the PM, Commercial Manager & Designer regarding QS work related Concerns.
Prepares Cost data base for ALL Trades.
Supervised and Manage the Project QS Teams in all Aspects.
Review plans and specifications, and checking of design related queries for the completion of cost estimates.
Do Quantity Take-Offs when required / Project QS Team needed.
Prepare bill of quantities.
Evaluate Billings, contractor's proposal, change order and other construction-related claims;
Conduct site visit and reconciliation of evaluated proposal and billings if necessary.
Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison;
Complete evaluation of Commercial bids;
Quarterly updating of material / equipment cost database.
Coordinates with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers;
Performs other related duties and functions as may be assigned and required by the company.
