KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Competency Profile:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in B.S Chemistry / BS Food Technology /BS Bio or equivalent
Experience in ISO, HACCP, GMP documentation is an advantage
MS Office Proficient
Can work with minimal supervision
Strong Leadership skills
Good interpersonal skills and can work effectively with people of different levels
Good communication skills
Has Technical writing skills
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a Dairy or Beverage Manufacturing Industries.
Knowledgeable in GMP/SSOP, HACCP and Food Safety

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in reviewing procedural systems that follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP and Quality Management Systems
Keeps records and documents updated and relevant to current GMP practices, quality management systems standards, and needs of the company
Responsible for the management and control of all food safety and quality-related documents data record
Any other related task deemed necessary.
