QC TEAMLEADER
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in the baking industry are a plus.
Knowledge of basic GMP and SSOP.
Performs Quality Control functions inside production & plots QC weekly schedule.
Conducts regular audits at production as well as warehousing and logistics practices.
Assists in the crafting of Product Specification, process, and RM Standardization.
Submit report/s on the given timeline
Performs physicochemical analysis on raw materials and finished product samples
Conducts training related to GMP, SSOP, and other food safety training
Other functions that may arise in relation to food safety and quality
Computer Literate
Excellent organizational skills
Can work with minimum supervision
Flexible and Keen to Details
