QC SUPERVISOR
 
Job Summary:
 
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily quality operations, ensuring products meet internal and customer specifications, and complying with regulatory and industry standards. The role includes supervising quality inspectors, implementing quality control systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support overall business goals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams to ensure consistent application of quality standards.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain inspection and testing procedures, including in-process, final, and incoming materials inspection.
Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
Lead problem-solving and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality policies and procedures.
Train and mentor quality staff on quality standards, procedures, and tools.
Support customer audits and manage non-conformance reports and documentation.
Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of quality equipment and instruments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a quality-related role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience in supervising teams and managing quality systems
Strong knowledge of quality tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
