Daily Monitors, evaluates and / or audits a sampling of products in compliance with the standard.
Report generation and presentation of quality control trends and analysis.
Participates in calibration sessions/call listening sessions with Technical Support Management to ensure scoring consistency and best practices.
Participates in internal quality audits (e.g., periodic audits of existing processes to determine process control and efficiencies) designed to improve overall contact quality and recommend changes.
Maintains strong product knowledge base standard
Meet departmental productivity requirements
Contribute to maintaining forms and legends documents.
Support management focuses on review of key drivers, metrics, and operational processes (including Training) that drive associates for profitability goals.
Has experience of working, communicating, and coordinating with any level or position within the organization.
Qualifications
People management experience.
2-3 years experience on the same capacity.
Preferably graduate of Engineering Courses
Computer literate; good in oral and written communication
Manufacturing experience
knowledgeable in ISO and IATF 16949

Supervision of QC Inspectors' daily routine.
Reporting to QC Assistant Manager
