Description
Basic Qualifications:
Graduated Bachelors Degree or Engineering Technology Course for Civil.
At least 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or Materials Testing Center.
Required Skill(s): Material Testing, QA/QC Process, Business/Technical Writing
Preferably with at least 1 year experience specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Job Role:
Conducts sampling of finished product and materials for delivery.
Performs process quality control tests on Aggregates, such as but not limited to: Sieve Analysis/Grading, Sp, Gr., Abrasion Test, Unit Weight.
Assist QA/QC Engineer in implementation of quality procedures and process.
Prepares reports and testing schedules in compliance to reports required by the operations and sales departments.
Assures reliability of testing tools and equipment by conducting calibration and reliability tests.
Assists company by representing company during third party testing of products.
Conducts ocular inspection of stock piles and production area for material handling.
May perform the task in the absence of QA/QC Engineer.
Performs other task from time to time.
