Job Description
Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
Control of storage and certification of consumables. Performs qualifications of coating processes. Checks surface preparation.
Checks and records atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations. Carries out wet and dry film thickness checks. Monitors observations of the correct coding cycles.
Verifies the correct colour-coding and painting. Performs visuals inspections. Performs adhesion testing.
Performs penetration testing. Evaluates impact testing. Performs visual checks after blasting.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
BS Civil or Mechanical Engineering graduate
Minimum 5 years in oil & gas field with at least 3 years' experience of those years related to coating Inspections.
SAUDI ARAMCO approval CBT , Currently certified to SAEP-316 level II by (1) NACE as CIP, or (2) SSPC as PCI, or (3) TWI CL as BGAS-CSWIP (MUST HAVE).
Proficient in interpretation of engineering documents and drawings.
