Job Description:
Perform dimensional and physical test requirements of any of the following products: wires, plastics, or paint products
Conduct incoming inspections of raw materials, in-process inspections, and outgoing inspections of finished goods
Monitor and conduct verification of the inspection result of the in-process output and spearhead line monitoring to improve quality
Conduct necessary QC testing operations to ensure quality standards are met from raw materials up to finished goods
Control nonconforming items and provides initial process quality defects investigations
Qualify new raw materials.
Ensure test equipment used is calibrated and in good condition
Support quality system implementation
Maintains frequent coordination with line inspectors to verify the conformity rate and quality level of production output
Generates reports and conducts data analysis of the overall inspection result
Performs other tasks under his/her field of competency
Job Qualifications:
Engineering graduate with at least 1-year experience in a related field
Applicants with wires, plastics, or paint manufacturing background have an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with great troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Working knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes
Knowledgeable in basic computer applications -- Google Workspace
Willing to undergo shifting schedule
Willing to be assigned in Calumpit, Bulacan
