Description * Job Summary:
Quality Control Line Engineer is responsible on all aspects of the QC function by establishing necessary controls and ensuring their proper and strict implementation, and in planning, organizing and controlling the quality control activities to ensure that all processes and line products conform with quality standards and/or customer specification through the proper implementation of necessary controls.
Key Responsibilities:
*Performs line checking/audit to ensure conformance with specification and standards. Reports and recommends corrective actions on deviations / non-conformances.
*Leads for the in-process and outgoing product inspection
Ensure that all changes are implemented in the process and products
*Conduct spot checking of tools, machine and equipment are qualified to used
*Responsible for process and product quality monitoring
*Prepares reports as required by the superior.
*Performs other functions as may be assigned by QC Head after due training/qualification.
Qualifications:
*Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering
*With working experience as QC Engineer in Electronics/ Manufacturing Industry
*Knowledgeable in handling quality operation, production inspection, line monitoring and assembly process
*Knowledgeable in monitoring of IQC and QCI. Maintain, monitor and ensure highest quality in services or products.
*Must be willing to be assigned in Cabuyao Laguna
