Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems in line with Saudi Aramco standards and industry best practices.
Lead quality assurance and control efforts, including inspections, audits, and process evaluations, to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Analyze quality performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Review and interpret project specifications, codes, and standards to guide QA/QC activities effectively.
Provide leadership to the QA/QC team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Aramco Approval required for the QC Manager role.
10-15 years relevant work exp.
Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in quality audit techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
