Basic Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience as QAQC or Site Engineer or Architect.
• Must have a background in building construction or high-end residential condominium projects.
• Willing to stay on a project site.
• To start immediately.
QAQC Engineers/Architect will be responsible for the following:
1) Monitors and updates the installation/construction works as per approved plans and technical specifications.
2) Prepare daily work activities and maintain logbooks of material testings/reports.
3) Monitors problems at site & recommendation the site conditions on regular basis.
4) Assists and, as needed, attends to the project QA/QC meetings and reports on issues and concerns.
5) Monitors and prepares materials inspection reports related to QA/QC.
6) Conducts QA/QC testing and submits initial reports to the QA/QC Head.
7) Conducts final inspection and acceptance of project QA/QC and assists in the issuance of certificates.
8) Inspects pre-delivered material as per QA/QC approved list and ensure conformance to technical specifications.
9) Monitors the acceptable quality of works as the project is in progress.
10) Prepares and issues non-conformance report for deficiencies observed, and cites necessary recommendations for action as per QA/QC requirements.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
5 years of experience
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Construction, Engineering, Testing
