As a QA TRAINER, your responsibilities will include the ff:
Facilitate training with newly on boarded CS
Assist in creating basic training modules and process guides
Reduction of agent attrition.
Identifying and addressing potential customer interaction issues
Increased customer satisfaction and improved sales
Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
Hosting 1-on-1’s and team meetings
Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager
Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritise and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and *procedures towards achieving SLAs
Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies
Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management
Qualifications for the role:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
QA experience (manager role) in a BPO set-up is preferred
2+ years of related experience or in similar capacity in the BPO industry.
Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
Ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
Must be familiar with client server platforms support and various system applications.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
Has excellent written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Exceptional listening and analytical skills
Has excellent customer service skills and good telephone etiquette.
