QA Tester
What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of a QA Tester to be assigned to our client who will be working with our Melbourne-based client. We are looking for a dedicated QA tester to be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products/applications. The QA tester works with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code.
A successful QA tester should be hard-working, have a strong working knowledge of software code and testing methodologies, and be a team player.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form. This is a huge opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark and have an immediate impact on a great business.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will:
Investigating potential bugs and creating project management tickets for actioning with the appropriate people tagged
Database searches (basic SQL queries)
Formulating and documenting test cases for new and existing features
Working with our engineering and software development teams to test new features (manually and/or automated using a test suite such as Selenium)
Testing our web application to enable us to deploy regularly
Help content review and administration such as ensuring help documentation is accurate and up to date, and without any errors or spelling mistakes
Monitor Rollbar (error tracking software) to triage and help the team address any errors users may be encountering.
About You:
At least 2-3 years experience as QA Manual Tester
Experience with Agile testing methodologies.
Excellent command of the English language (Oral & written)
Strong background in QA methodologies and tools - Web protocols, Databases (SQL)
Experience in writing test cases, test plans, structured test methodology, and use cases.
Development experience in test scripts, execution, and reporting
Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
