RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the assigned project with end-to-end test
Each team is responsible to handle a primary project
Each team is responsible to handle multi secondary project
Each team is responsible to ensure completed skills to process all testing cases within the project
Responsible to provide error and bugs statistics report
Responsible for all aspects of quality control throughout the software development cycle. This involves continual development and implementation of rigorous testing methods and procedures to evaluate the quality of the developing software project. They must work closely with the entire software development team to ensure full knowledge of the proposed software design and that testing covers all aspects of intended functionality
They also work closely with DevOps head and Development Manager to ensure proper priority is given to testing the aspects of the software most used and desired by the client. QA managers provide feedback on quality to the development team to spur changes in the software development process, to the customer support team to ensure they are aware of any bugs or issues clients may have that are being addressed, and to management to make them aware of the progress being made on projects.
Responsible for projects, technical choices, logics and monitoring work of his developers
Responsible to train young developers to enhance their skills
Modifying existing code with new features available in current and future deployments of PHP/MySQL
Efficiently handles tasks in a reasonable amount of time
Creative mind to develop innovative and unique solutions to complex problems on high traffic websites
Write clean well-designed code
Produce detailed specifications.
Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Bachelor's Degree
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably at least 3 years experienced employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software
Experience in online gaming environment is a plus
Willing to work onsite in Makati
