Job Description Quality Assurance Senior Manager is responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to production quality standards. Monitors and audits process, material, and product testing against established standards and conducts a continuous analysis of quality defects and deviations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Maintain and improve the QMS-9000 / ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems / including revision of the Quality Manual as applicable.
2. Organize external audit preparation conducted by customers, ISO auditors and Standard certifying bodies.
3. Assist customers/certifying bodies and government agencies during qualification, system compliance and process audit conducted.
4. Lead Auditor in System Audit, Process Audit, Documentation and Health and Safety Audit.
5. Communicate with the customer, certifying bodies and government agencies for any recommendation, improvements and any customer issues/related requirements on Standards and Review Applications.
6. Responsible in monitoring and ensuring that the (QMS) Quality Management System is implemented and the Quality Objectives and Goals are met.
7. Supervise the company wide control of Documents. in terms of issuance, retrieval, archival and disposal.
8. Attend regular meeting with customers pertaining to Quality and Standard Requirements.
9. Provide necessary/requested documents and reports on Quality as per need by the customers.
10. Establish yearly audit plan and improvement plan for Quality.
11. Conduct internal audit to system, product and process conditions according to quality control flow chart, standard operating procedures and work instructions.
12. Follow-up to different departments on any concerns as maybe deemed necessary under the work plan output and in terms of quality KPI's.
13. Render assistance to different processes of production in the implementation of all established procedures and other applicable reference documents.
14. Conduct training to all personnel on Quality Awareness, Internal Quality Auditor and Full 7- Steps Report, Inspection Criteria.
15. Provide Final Disposition during the Material Review Board meeting on the detected material non-conformance.
16. Leader in collating and generating all the Quality Data that serves as monitoring of the overall quality status of the Company and to be utilized for the continues quality and process improvement.
17. Responsible in maintaining employees safety within the company premises, and report all potential incident to the Top Management for early action.
18. Appointed safety officer of the company and task to maintain good working environment.
