Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Supervision of QA Supervisor to ensure productivity and efficiency is;
• Implementing Quality systems and procedures.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in inspecting and testing of product, knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures: Reviews quality assurance instructions, assembly specifications, and production schedules to determine method of conducting inspections and tests, sequence of operations, and work assignments.
2. Develop quality systems and procedures for a more effective checking / inspection.
3. Review existing QA procedures and modify or improve it if necessary.
4. Train and educate QA Staff or personnel on proper techniques and work simplifications.
5. Provide weekly QA schedule and monitor their performance based on the submitted work schedule.
6. Review QA reports and coordinate findings to concerned department. Recommend corrective actions if necessary.
7. Handle customer complaints and investigates the product with quality issues. Report all findings and recommend the necessary corrective actions to avoid recurrence of the deviations noted.
8. Reviews reports and confers with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to solve work-related problems.
9.Can start immediately.
10.Preferably BS Industrial Engineering Graduate -Male
11.Atleast 25 years to 40 years old
12.Willing to work at FPIP Sto.Tomas Batangas.
