Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors the effectiveness of the GMP/SSOP/HACCP being implemented in the production floor.
- Monitor the effectiveness and compliance pertaining to set process controls in the production floor.
- Focus more on the production floor to ensure smooth production operation.
- Assist in the preparation of the plant for internal and external regulatory and plant audits.
- Assist in the conduct of internal and external regulatory and plant audits.
- Assist management to coordinate and enforce the implementation of quality systems and programs.
- Manages the schedule of QA Inspectors and laboratory staff.
- Recommends corrective and preventive action to address all non-conformances observed or identified.
- Assist in the monitoring of the performance of QA Inspectors and laboratory staff.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (Food Tech, Chemical Engineering or any food-related courses)
- Preferably with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in quality control/assurance and food manufacturing operations.
- Can handle the proper implementation of rules regarding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5's, SSOP, and ISO 22000.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP principles and implementation.
