QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF/ INSPECTOR (ENGINEERED PRODUCTS) (QAST)
Responsibilities
1. Receive incoming raw materials and check the compliance vs. company's set Standard Tolerances. Provide disposition of non conforming raw materials and ensures that proper locations, segregation and identification are being followed and controlled. Create Incoming Material Inspection Report and Incoming Material Discrepancy Report if needed.
2. Review all details of Fabrication Drawing, Part List, BOM and Template and report all discrepancies in Detailing Section.
3. Review all Manufacturing Job Instruction (MJI) provided by Production and check the compliance vs. the template issued by Detailing Section. If discrepancy was found, inform immediately the production concern.
4. Conduct final inspection on identified areas in production. Provide disposition of non conforming product and ensure that proper locations, segregation and identification are being followed and controlled.
5. Conduct checking of capability of the worker to do the specific job based on Capability Matrix.
6. Conduct Pre-Delivery inspection. Ensure disposition of non-conforming product and ensure that proper locations, segregation and identification are being followed and controlled.
7. Conduct Verification of Measuring Instrument vs. the calibrated IMTE. Provide disposition of non conforming measuring instrument and ensure that proper identification are being followed and controlled.
8. Perform Load Testing as per advised by customer.
9. Give immediate report feedback to superior regarding quality troubles/ problems encountered, non conformities and non compliance encountered.
10. Perform other task that may assigned by the superior.
