Primarily responsible for ensuring the compliance of all dressing plants and slaughterhouses and external storage facilities to Quality and Food Safety; and assuring that the processing of all Magnolia Chicken and Monterey Meat products are in accordance with the requirements of SMFI, customer and government regulatory including religious organizations.
Responsible for ensuring that all technical requirements for all products are translated and understood by all plants in accordance with customer requirement. The work requires auditing of the plant's and external storage facility's quality and food safety systems regularly including Major customer's requirements and reporting of the timely reports to Management.
Conducts Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice training and compliance audits of retail outlets of the Poultry & Meats and Franchising Business.
Conducts regular trade checks at retail outlets to check product quality and ensure that all food safety risk are addressed.
