Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder in any field
BPO experience
1-2 years' experience in the Quality Assurance division
Has background in Inbound, Outbound, and Non-Voice Services
Amenable to work in Pasig City
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Performs quality monitoring and provides trend data / reporting as required by internal / external Clients
Participates in listening sessions to identify Clients' needs and expectations.
Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
Participates/Lead call calibration sessions - internal and external Clients
Provides feedback to Team Leaders, Supervisor, and Managers
Prepares and analyse weekly internal and external quality reports for review
Provides mentoring, coaching and feedback to associates on quality of service to ensure proper procedures, customer satisfaction, and compliance expectations are being followed and met.
Function as an information source critical quality issues arise.
Document processes vital to quality assurance
