Job Description
1. Lead QA Engineers/Supervisors/Technicians to strive for continuous quality improvement
2. Monitor Quality KPI and work on program to improve quality
3. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
4. Review and revise specifications for products or processes
5. Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
6. Review and analyse internal indicators and drive for improvement
7. Coordinate internal QDN review and lot disposition
8. Coordinate 8D review, action implementation, validation and verification
9. Handle customer return for failure analysis
10. Handle customer RMA returned
11. Coordinate customer requirement and implementation
12. Coordinate customer audit, visit and internal audit
13. Coordinate NPI related quality issue
14. Monitor QA engineer and technician knowledge and conduct refresher training internal or coordinate external training.
15. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Degree in related discipline with min 5 years relevant working experience.
Proven experience in 5 core tools, 5why, CAPA, 8Ds etc
Good in Manufacturing Process Knowledge
Proficient in English and possess good communication skills
