Job Qualification:
Graduate of any Engineering Course 
Atleast 5 years' experience as Quality Systems Manager and Supervisory experience in high volume manufacturing industry 
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Proficient both verbal and oral communication and computer literal 
Well-verse in Continuous Improvement Project 
Familiar with Lean, PSDM/PSP and six sigma methodology 
Familiar with PFMEA, SPC, DOE 
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO14001, OSH18001 standards 
Knowledge on AQP and Product/Process Qualification Methods 
Familiar with regulatory compliance 
Job Description:
Actively participate in environment, health, safety and security activities so as to effectively contribute in providing a safe, secure and healthy work environment  
Conduct quality audits on set quality and process standards to ensure proper implementation and strict compliance. 
Establish quality system standard and ensure its implementation. 
Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system 
Perform manufacturing yield and process monitoring and generate effective action plans for improvement. 
Establish and revise manufacturing procedures and work instructions 
Establish / assist trainings for continuous improvements  
Actively participate in developing new designs in providing cost quotation on new product base on technical drawings and specifications as provided by engineering team
