Job Description
Management of Supervisor and staff.
Evaluation of product quality.
Leads investigation and improvements for non-conformity issues
Oversee product planning stage to manufacturing, shipping, and follow-up after reaching the customer.
Keeping abreast to the updates of various Manufacturing Equipment, Process, Materials, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
Develops quality assurance plans
Validates quality processes.
Maintains and improves product quality
Report directly to the Factory Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably Engineering course
At least 5 years' experience as a QC/QA Asst. Manager/Manager in a Plastic Injection Molding Company
Must have atleast 10 years working in an Injection Molding Company
Must have experience working in Japanese Manufacturing
Must have strong personality.
Must have strong management skills.

Knowledge: Microsoft Access
