Description
1. Over all in charge in Quality control and Quality Assurance Department.
2. Coordinate with the customer in meeting quality requirements and other related issues.
3. Support and assist management in formulating and determining company policies and developing long range of activities.
4. Support the other department in controlling and coordinating the activities of different department/section organization.
5. Recommend quality related activities and awareness of quality improvement program of the company.
6. Control and approves quality issues and related matters.
7. Coordinate with other department on the internal company issues and company wide activities.
8. Responsible for attending customer complaints and improvement program or corrective actions and immediate responses.
9. Recommend quality matters and status that affect product quality.
10. Recommend process improvements part of continuous improvement program.
11. Planning organizing QA/QC workload and activities.
12. Conduct/recommend training and lectures to promote good quality of product and quality awareness of workers.
13. Assigned as Quality Management Representative to ensure that the quality system meets the required standard.
14. Responsible for the evaluation and analysis of non conforming products.
15. Should assist in training of new QA/QC and production personnel.
16. Prepares and updates training modules, records and other training requirements.
17. Should assist evaluation, periodic evaluation of QA/QC personnel.
18. Responsible for the certification and re-certification of QA personnel.
19. Should assist in controlling, managing and disciplining QA/QC workers.
20. Assisting operations in making process manuals of the operations departments.
21. Create Masterlist of files and records.
22. Implement all generated documented procedures to all section with the use of Quality records (FORMS) to be used as our documented evidences.
23.Conducts quality meeting to all concerned to be aware in our quality trend and performances both internal and external for quality matters.
24. Prepares and submit report to the Vice President regarding production line performances per line, such as productivity, quality, absences and top most rejects.
25. Suggests and implements process improvements to increase productivity.
26. Generates safety program for the company.
27. Schedules recommend test and submit result for the customer requirements.
28. Shall be responsible for training, information dissemination to all employees and suppliers regarding the importance of ROHS.
29. Shall be responsible for requesting data from suppliers regarding supplied materials, non use of chemical substances.
30. Shall be responsible for the establishment, implementation and monitoring of programs for non use of chemical hazardous substances.
31. Should assist in the evaluation of new parts under development.
32. Ensure that inspection tools and instruments are always keep and maintained in good condition.
33. Assisting Customer claims and completion of response in terms of corrective and preventive action report.
34. Should perform and follow the company rules and regulations willingly.
35. Perform other duties that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
