• Management of Supervisor and staff.
• Evaluation of product quality.
• Leads investigation and improvements for non-conformity issues
• Oversee product planning stage to manufacturing, shipping, and follow-up after reaching the customer.
• Keeping abreast to the updates of various Manufacturing Equipment, Process, Materials, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develops quality assurance plans
• Validates quality processes.
• Maintains and improves product quality
• Report directly to the Factory Manager
