QA-QC HEAD
• Must be a LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER
• Accredited Materials Engineer II
• With experience as QA-QC Manager in a Construction Company or Concrete Manufacturing
• Familiar with good laboratory practices and good manufacturing practices.
• Has background with regulatory requirements and guidelines in concrete safety management and control, such as ISO standards and Hazards and Critical Control Points system.
• Has strong leadership to guide team members in their work and to develop their skills sets.
• Has advanced problem-solving skills and is able to make effective decisions.
